01 — ABOUT
Hi, I'm Mallikarjuna Boddu — a motivated cybersecurity fresher currently studying AI-Powered Cybersecurity at FLM Edu Tech, turning curiosity about how systems work into a discipline of learning how they can be defended.
My journey is practical and hands-on: everyday Linux administration and permissions, IP addressing and subnetting, ethical hacking fundamentals, and packet-level network analysis — reinforced by Python and Bash so I can automate the repetitive parts of security work.
What excites me most is the intersection where artificial intelligence meets security — how assisted analysis, automation and threat intelligence can help smaller teams defend better. I'm equally interested in freelance cybersecurity support, where I can apply what I learn to real, authorized, day-to-day problems.
My goal is clear: to grow into a professional cybersecurity analyst who doesn't just react to threats, but anticipates them.
Study new domains, fundamentals and tools relentlessly.
Break down systems, logs and traffic to understand behavior.
Recognize anomalies, misconfigurations and attack patterns.
Apply least privilege, hardening and safe configuration.
Use Python and Bash to make security work repeatable.
02 — CAPABILITIES
The tools and concepts I'm actively learning and practising by hand.
03 — PRACTICE
A lightweight security-operations dashboard for the modules I train in hands-on.
Analyze suspicious activity and understand attack patterns.
Explore packets, IP addresses, ports and network behavior.
Practice permissions, processes and system security.
Explore how Python and AI can assist cybersecurity workflows.
04 — WORK
Honest, hands-on learning labs — no fabricated client work or incidents.
Structuring and calculating real network parameters to plan address space cleanly — by hand and with scripts.
Working through access control, special bits and process state to understand how systems can be misconfigured into risk.
Moving from theory to observation — capturing, inspecting and mapping real traffic to read network behavior.
Researching how assisted intelligence can speed up detection, triage and automation in real security workflows.
05 — FREELANCE
Practical cybersecurity support for individuals, startups and small teams — within authorized and ethical boundaries.
A structured review of basic security posture: configurations, permissions and common weaknesses — in scope and with your authorization.
Discuss →Hardening guidance, permission audits, SUID / sticky-bit checks and Bash automation for safer systems.
Discuss →IP planning, subnetting review, port and service reconnaissance, and packet-level insight using Nmap and tcpdump.
Discuss →Help triaging logs, spotting anomalies and turning raw events into clear, actionable findings.
Discuss →Clear, beginner-friendly documentation for policies, procedures, reports and runbooks.
Discuss →Training content and simple guidance to help small teams and individuals stay secure online.
Discuss →Security testing is performed only with explicit authorization. Every engagement stays within legal and ethical boundaries.
